Vinification: traditional white vinification, with pre-fermentative clarification and controlled temperature (16 ° C)
Aging: 3-4 months in steel to harmonize and make the sparkling base more structured
Aging: at least 18 months on the lees after refermentation in the bottle for a total of 36 months of silent love
Alcohol: 12.5% ​​VOL
Production: 6,000-7,000 bottles in 0,75l format

Visual Analysis: Intense straw yellow with golden reflections
Olfactory Analysis: Yellow flowers, clear note of yellow fruit tending to tropical notes and golden apple, flint. Pleasant aromas of panbrioche
